Position Overview

As the Construction Services Coordinator (CSC) at Capital Impact Partners, you will be instrumental in facilitating construction loan management and overseeing draw funding procedures. Working closely with various teams, you will ensure adherence to lending policies and guidelines while delivering exceptional customer service to borrowers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction draws and manage loan portfolios effectively
  • Collaborate with both internal and external partners to ensure successful loan closings
  • Evaluate and monitor risks associated with construction loans
  • Review construction agreements and applications from general contractors
  • Employ construction management systems to track project budgets efficiently
  • Handle post-closing requirements and facilitate borrower meetings
  • Provide project management assistance and maintain effective communication
  • Address additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma with 4 years of experience in commercial construction, or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years in construction management
  • Familiarity with the Construction Finance sector
  • Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
  • Strong operational and communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Budgeting and financial literacy
  • Understanding of construction and legal obligations
  • Knowledge of loan-related legal documentation
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits

Compensation:

The salary range for this role is between $57,401 and $75,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive. This position also offers options for remote work.
