Role Summary:
In the capacity of a Sustainable Construction Project Coordinator, you will work in tandem with the Project Manager to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. Your role will involve assisting in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of retrofit initiatives stemming from thorough home energy assessments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizing job schedules and providing timely updates
- Assessing and selecting new subcontractors
- Assisting the Project Manager with modifications and change orders
- Conducting site inspections
- Updating clients on project progress
- Maintaining the Client CRM (JobNimbus)
- Overseeing material procurement
- Drafting work scopes for subcontractors
- Executing final performance evaluations and quality checks
- Performing additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Self-driven and motivated individual
- Understanding of residential construction practices
- Quick learner of sustainable industry practices
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication
- Competence in Microsoft Office applications (Word and Excel)
- Eagerness to learn about building science principles
Compensation and Benefits:
