Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Professional to join our team in South Central Nebraska. This role offers truly unlimited earning potential, flexibility to work your territory your way, and agronomic and sales support.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Stine seed products and services to provide expert advice to customers.
- Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales revenue.
- Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies to meet sales goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the Stine Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support and technical guidance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- A minimum of three years of experience in ag sales, agronomy, or crop production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and negotiating skills to close deals and build customer loyalty.
- Success in dealer development and retention through proactive relationship-building and issue resolution.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision to achieve established sales goals and targets.
Candidates with experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values will be given preference.
Estimated Salary Range$60,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
