The Role

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as truly unlimited earning potential. Our flexible work environment allows you to manage your territory effectively, while our comprehensive agronomic and sales support ensure your success. As a key ambassador of the Stine brand, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and dealerships, driving sales growth and expansion in your assigned territory.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary representative of Stine Seed Company within the assigned territory, fostering a deep understanding of our products and services among customers and dealerships.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of agronomic and technical aspects of Stine seed products and services applicable to the territory.
  • Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales and expand our presence in the region.
  • Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies to meet sales goals for the district.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide exceptional sales support within the territory.
Requirements
  • Three or more years of experience in agriculture, including previous roles in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with growers, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and negotiation skills, with the ability to overcome obstacles and achieve desired results.
  • Experience in dealer development and retention, with a track record of success in growing sales and expanding market share.
