$80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Development Manager to join our team in West Central Indiana. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with dealerships, recruiting new business opportunities, and implementing sales programs to drive revenue growth. Your expertise in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales will be essential in serving as our primary ambassador in the assigned territory. You will work closely with our Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support and develop strong customer relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in ag-related fields, including agronomy, crop production, or seed sales
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven sales techniques, negotiation skills, and ability to overcome obstacles
* Success in dealer development and retention
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and build strong relationships with growers by understanding their needs and values
