Job Overview

Cottonwood Residential is seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless resident experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and courteous responses to resident inquiries via phone, email, and text
  • Ensure apartments are ready to show daily and for upcoming move-ins
  • Walk buildings, amenities, and vacant apartment homes to maintain quality standards
  • Understand pricing and information about all available apartment homes
  • Assist in planning community events and social media marketing
  • Organize package room daily as packages are delivered
  • Maintain community-related communications and vendor relationships
