Customer Service Representative Job Description

At David's Bridal, we're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Utilize our systems and processes to manage customer flow, ensuring a Five-Star Customer Service experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of dress and adhere to our store's dress code policy.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product and service information with accuracy and enthusiasm.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, exceeding their expectations and driving loyalty.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree.
  • 1-2 years of prior retail experience in an apparel, service, or specialty store environment.
