As a Customer Experience Specialist at Skechers U.S.A., you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a premier shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging and interacting with all customers to elevate their experience and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Acting as a product expert and serving as a brand ambassador for Skechers, guiding customers to the right product selection.
- Continuously ensuring floor inventory is well maintained, merchandising, stocking, and cleaning to create a seamless shopping experience.
