Responsibilities
  • Manage all daily financial transactions, including tuition collections and record-keeping.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student tuition accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Business Manager to ensure timely and accurate processing of tuition payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to parents and students regarding tuition-related matters.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve tuition collection and payment processes.
  • Assist with other office-related tasks as needed.


Requirements
  • High School graduate with 2 years of college.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Excel.
  • Detailed-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Highly dependable and organized.
  • Ability to handle and process confidential and sensitive information.

Salary: $21 per hour
Pay Type: Hourly
