Job Summary
The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is a critical member of our care team, responsible for providing essential non-medical support to our residents. This includes assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as maintaining a clean and safe environment for all residents. As an RCA, you will work under the supervision of our clinical staff to ensure the highest level of care and compassion for our residents.

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, as needed
- Assist with meal service, including transporting residents to and from dining areas and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain open lines of communication with Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse to report any changes in condition or concerns
- Collaborate with clinical staff to address resident needs and preferences

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 0-1 year of experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
