We value flexibility and are seeking a candidate with a flexible schedule who can work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Some details about this position include:

- No prior dialysis experience is required; comprehensive training is provided
- Float to various clinics during and after your training
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

You will have the opportunity to build meaningful and long-term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting. You will work closely with a team that supports and relies on each other in a positive environment. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a group of patients, conducting patient observations, measuring stats, and machine setup with the support of PCTs. You will leverage your nursing skills and knowledge to create unique treatment plans for patients with complex needs. In return, we offer a competitive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
