About the Role

Aon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Reinsurance Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Reinsurance Solutions team, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our US reinsurance business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Executive Managing Director and senior colleagues to build new business opportunities, originate new deals, and develop key client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the broking team to identify client and prospect needs and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Aon's resources and solutions and match them to client business requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional client and internal customer service, achieving high levels of satisfaction.
  • Champion a team approach to internal and external business relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10-15 years of treaty broking or underwriting experience, with a strong background in cyber reinsurance.
  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • CPCU or ARE designation or progression towards is preferred but not required.
