Reinsurance Analyst II Job Description

At Guy Carpenter, we are seeking a highly skilled Reinsurance Analyst II to join our team. As a Reinsurance Analyst II, you will be responsible for managing client portfolios, ensuring timely and accurate system entry of client activity, and working with other areas to support collection and cash application initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage assigned client portfolio, including follow-up and securing of reinsurance premiums
  • Work with other areas to support collection and cash application initiatives
  • Manage settlement of funds to and from clients, ensuring all applicable payment warranties and/or conditions are met
  • Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and in accordance with Service Level Attributes (SLAs)
  • Provide detailed information on client-specific accounting/claims activities to support client sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma/GED or higher level of education
  • 3-5 years of equivalent professional work experience in insurance, reinsurance, or risk management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a high-performance team
  • Attention to detail in completing assigned tasks
