The selected candidate will initially work onsite for a probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid schedule, which includes 2-3 days in the office each week.

Daily Responsibilities:
- Execute administrative tasks with minimal supervision, demonstrating a high level of proficiency.
- Provide direct support to the Division Chief and Administrator, managing complex and varied projects.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to determine the best course of action with limited guidance.
- Lead and prioritize workflow, troubleshoot issues, assist in training and orientation, and offer backup support for supervisory roles.
- Oversee project coordination, take initiative, and ensure follow-through on tasks using available resources.
- Monitor expense budgets, perform basic bookkeeping, and generate financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations regarding patient privacy and confidentiality.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Possess a thorough understanding of operational standards and procedures.
- Exhibit proficiency in communication skills, both verbal and written, while handling sensitive situations with professionalism.
Organizational Skills:
- Demonstrate strong organizational and coordination abilities, effectively managing multiple tasks and adhering to established protocols.
Technical Skills:
- Exhibit advanced computer skills and proficiency in relevant applications.
- Ability to analyze situations and determine appropriate actions within established guidelines.
- Possess a solid understanding of medical terminology and financial information.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED is required; post-secondary education is preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a medical office or administrative support role is required.
