Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Division Chief and Administrator in the Orthopaedics department at Mass General Brigham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Division Chief and Administrator, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, events, and projects as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
