Job Summary:

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Division Chief and Administrator in the Orthopaedics department at Brigham & Women's Hospital(BWH). This role requires a high degree of organization, prioritization, and project management skills to manage complex tasks and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides administrative support to the Division Chief and Administrator, including scheduling, correspondence, and data entry.
• Manages multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing assignments and meeting deadlines.
• Utilizes advanced computer skills to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements:
