Position Overview
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to provide direct support to our infrastructure engineering teams. This role is crucial in developing and sustaining the foundational systems that empower our workforce. You will collaborate with some of the industry's top engineers and cybersecurity experts, gaining hands-on experience in implementing state-of-the-art systems. This position involves working with global customers and systems in support of national security initiatives while navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, effectively prioritizing and balancing competing organizational demands.
- Collaborate with various business units to gain insights into their processes, identify challenges, and develop effective solutions.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for infrastructure, security, and network support across all operational sites.
- Identify opportunities for new internal processes and strategies to enhance alignment among cross-functional teams.
- Consistently communicate team objectives and updates to leadership in a clear and effective manner.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Over 7 years of experience managing complex technical programs in dynamic, unstructured, or startup environments.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, with strong organizational skills and technical expertise.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adept at navigating ambiguity, resolving user issues, and working independently to address challenges.
- Experience with project management tools and network operations.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT systems, information security, or global system deployments.
- Familiarity with industrial control systems in manufacturing settings.
- A passion for innovative hardware and software solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 to $210,000 USD, based on various compensation factors, including experience and skills. Our total compensation package includes competitive equity grants and comprehensive benefits:
