Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Technical Program Manager to support our infrastructure engineering teams directly. This role involves contributing to the development and maintenance of the essential infrastructure that supports our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional projects and programs from conception to execution, balancing competing organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with various business units to understand their processes comprehensively, identify challenges, and work towards effective solutions.
- Define the strategic roadmap for infrastructure, security, and network support across all operational sites.
- Identify and establish new internal processes and strategies to enhance cross-departmental alignment.
- Maintain proactive communication regarding team objectives and updates with leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Over 7 years of experience managing complex technical programs in dynamic, unstructured, or startup environments.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, with strong organizational skills and technical acumen.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to navigate uncertainty, resolve user challenges, and work independently to address issues.
- Familiarity with project management software and network operations.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT systems, information security, or global system deployments.
- Background in industrial control systems for manufacturing.
- Passion for innovative hardware and software solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $140,000—$210,000 USD, based on various compensation factors.
