Role Summary: The Security Program Manager will play a pivotal role within our Security Division, ensuring compliance and safeguarding our global operations. This position is directly accountable to the Head of Security and will collaborate closely with various divisions and operational teams to fulfill existing and future security obligations while supporting our rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee security compliance infrastructure across all divisions, addressing a range of complex security requirements.
  • Advise and coordinate with the Head of Security and other specialized teams on evolving security protocols.
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for security compliance infrastructure, including project planning and budgeting, to align with company growth.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate network infrastructure needs into security compliance frameworks.
  • Partner with Program Leads across various sectors to facilitate infrastructure development from inception to execution.
  • Identify and implement tools and processes to enhance the management and execution of security requirements.

Candidate Profile:

  • In-depth understanding of security requirements related to classified contracts.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and guidelines, including 32 CFR Part 117 and ICD-705.
  • Experience in drafting and implementing security classification specifications.
  • Adept at solving complex, cross-functional challenges with a focus on collaboration.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives effectively.
  • Exemplary communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and data-driven, with a proven ability to learn quickly.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in a high-growth technology environment.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in classified environments.
  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Top Secret clearance.
