We are in search of a Technical Program Manager to provide direct support to our infrastructure engineering teams. In this role, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of the essential infrastructure that supports our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee cross-functional projects and programs from initiation to completion, balancing competing organizational priorities.
- Collaborate with various business units to gain insights into their processes, identify challenges, and develop effective solutions.
- Establish a strategic roadmap for infrastructure, security, and network support across all operational sites.
- Innovate and implement new internal processes to enhance alignment among cross-functional teams.
- Maintain proactive communication regarding team objectives and updates with leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in leading complex technical programs within dynamic, unstructured, or startup environments.
- Proficient in project management methodologies, with strong organizational skills and technical acumen.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to navigate uncertainty, address user concerns, and work independently to resolve issues.
- Familiarity with project management software and network operations.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for U.S. export-controlled information.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT systems, information security, or global systems deployment.
- Background in industrial control systems for manufacturing.
- A passion for cutting-edge hardware and software.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000—$210,000 USD, based on various compensation factors including experience and education. Additionally, Anduril offers competitive equity grants and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees, including:
