Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing personalized financial solutions, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with business partners to connect customers with specialized services and products
  • Operate a teller drawer, serving customers in the lobby and drive-up
  • Open accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist customers with digital products
  • Recognize potential fraud and other risks, and take appropriate action
  • Support community and bank events, as needed
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, financial services, or sales role
  • High School Degree or equivalent
  • Intermediate computer skills
