Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Building
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals.
    • Provide personalized financial solutions and recommendations to customers.
  • Product and Service Recommendations
    • Collaborate with business partners to connect customers with experts who can help with specialized needs.
    • Recommend and sell financial products and services to customers.
  • Operational Responsibilities
    • Operate a teller drawer, serving customers in the lobby and drive-up.
    • Open and maintain customer accounts, perform account maintenance, and assist with digital products.
    • Recognize and report potential fraud and other risks.
  • Community Involvement
    • Participate in community events and support local initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in banking, preferably in a relationship banking role.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
