Job Overview

Position Summary:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the reception and office environment. Collaborate closely with administrative staff, healthcare professionals, and clinical teams to guarantee exceptional service delivery to patients and visitors.
  • Responsible for the accurate maintenance of program documentation, managing sensitive and confidential data, and ensuring that office and medical supplies are adequately stocked and monitored.
  • The Office Manager will supervise reception and medical records personnel, ensuring effective front desk coverage and stepping in as necessary.
  • Assist administrative leaders with various responsibilities and tasks. Additional duties may vary based on specific departmental needs.

Work Schedule:

  • Onsite/Full-Time

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficiency and cleanliness of the front desk area.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, databases, and receptionist staffing.
  • Handle state records, keys, equipment logs, and petty cash management.
  • Order and manage office supplies, process invoices, and support executive staff.
  • Review financial accounts, maintain safety records, and handle IT requests.
  • Update the front office manual, manage mailing supplies, and coordinate events.
  • Organize catering for events, submit contractor timesheets, and document meeting minutes.
  • Recruit, train, and oversee staff while performing additional tasks as required.

Licensure/Certification:

  • Valid Driver's License
