Asset Management Executive

Cirrus Asset Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to oversee the management of our properties. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our assets, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Property Management
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance, increase revenue, and reduce expenses.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and manage a team of property managers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to excel in their roles.
- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance team performance and capabilities.
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and industry partners.
- Financial Management
- Oversee the financial performance of our properties, ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability and reduce expenses.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring the safety and security of our properties and assets.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in property management, including experience in LIHTC and other affordable programs.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Real estate salesperson license in good standing.
- Experience with Yardi Residential or other property management software.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
