Key Responsibilities- Maintain and service mechanical equipment, machinery, and components to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform skilled repair services of mechanical, electrical, and building systems and equipment, adhering to company safety procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing of switches, cables, and other equipment to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure compliance with company requirements, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- Schedule and coordinate installation support and service operations to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve food safety and quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned to support the success of the team.
- Three years of experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detailed-oriented and able to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry.
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments.
- Ability to direct, coach, and train others.
- Consultative, influential, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
This position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a production setting. The employee must be able to stand, walk, climb stairs, stoop, bend, and/or crouch, and lift up to 50 pounds. The employee may be exposed to wet and humid conditions, fluctuations in ambient temperature, and toxic and corrosive chemicals.
