  • Order Management: Process and expedite orders, ensuring timely delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Return and Refund Management: Process returns and refunds in a fair and efficient manner, minimizing customer dissatisfaction.
  • Back Order and Late Order Management: Follow up on back orders and late orders, communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
  • Sales and Upselling: Solicit sales of new or additional products, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to resolve issues and prevent future complaints.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain and update quote files, distribute literature and information as needed, and assist with projects as required.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sales or business development role.
  • Skills: Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, team player, and strong commitment to service.
