Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled District Sales Manager to join our team in promoting sales growth in their assigned territory.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work with minimal supervision, and knowledge of CRM.

Responsibilities:

  • Exceed/meet sales targets by opening new accounts and assisting existing customers
  • Travel 80% of the time to visit dealers/builders, meet with distributors, and conduct sales/PK meetings with customers
  • Manage independent sales reps by reviewing weekly sales reports, following up on sales leads, and hiring/terminating reps as needed
