We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Remote Career. As a part-time Data Entry Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including data entry, document scanning, and general office work. You will also assist our clients with QuickBooks data entry and general ledger entries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Entering data from tax return documents into a tax program
  2. Scanning documents for storage and record-keeping purposes
  3. Performing general office duties, such as faxing, filing, and making phone calls
  4. Providing support to clients with their QuickBooks data entry needs

Desired Skills:

  • Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
