Compensation:$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Secretary to join our team, responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, handling client communications, and supporting our sales team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to all incoming emails and phone calls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Assist with generating quotes and invoices for clients.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office to complete administrative tasks efficiently.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
