Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,900 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Job Description
We are seeking licensed clinicians who can provide high-quality telehealth sessions to clients in Oregon. Ideal candidates will have one of the following independent licenses in Oregon: LCSW or LMFT or LPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologists (PhD or PsyD). Clinicians must be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- One of the mentioned independent licenses in Oregon
- Licensed and living in the state in which you will be practicing
- A minimum of 25 sessions per week
- Strong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
- Ability to complete notes inside of 24 hours
- Interest in growing into leadership roles/supervisors
