Job Overview
As a facilities maintenance specialist with Shiprock Associated Schools, Inc., you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our schools. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

About the Role
This is a full-time position that involves cleaning, sweeping, and mopping classrooms, offices, and other areas of the school. You will also be responsible for vacuuming and dusting, emptying trash and garbage containers, and maintaining the outdoor sidewalks. Additionally, you may be required to make minor building repairs and report any damage or needed repairs to the supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 21 years of age. You must also be able to organize and prioritize your work, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Bilingual (Dine/English) skills are also an asset. A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record is required.
