Equipment Maintenance Specialist

At Randstad USA, we are seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility.
About the RoleWe offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a focus on equipment repair and preventive maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Familiarity with PLC systems, VFDs, motors, and gearboxes is an asset.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
- Basic welding and fabrication skills are beneficial.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Performing routine preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on production machinery.
- Assisting in equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications to improve plant efficiency.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.

- A strong understanding of industrial maintenance principles and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
