Key Responsibilities:
- Lawn maintenance
- Boarding
- Lock changes & lock boxes
- Minor repairs
- Major repairs
- Eviction services
- Roof repair, replacement & tarps
- Winterizations
- Prepare bids & reports
- Inspections
- Rehab (GC work if licensed)
Salary Estimate:$50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
