Job Description

The PT/Physical Therapist- PRN will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to our clients. This includes developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting assessments and evaluations, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of NC
  • Experience working in a skilled nursing setting
