  • Comply with professional standards as dictated by established protocols, rules, and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in case management, nursing, or mental health care management
  • Strong understanding of case management principles, healthcare management, and reimbursement processes; knowledge of Medicaid is a plus
  • Exceptional communication abilities
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and capacity to handle multiple tasks
  • Empathetic with strong teamwork capabilities
  • Current licensure, certification, or registration in a relevant field
  • Bachelor's degree in a related healthcare discipline
