About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our financial services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to customers, answering their questions and addressing their concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist customers with loan and pawn applications, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial needs and provide recommendations for our financial products and services.
  • Manage customer accounts, including accepting payments, monitoring account activity, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, including sales targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date on our products and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information.
  • Physical demands of the job include standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and moving about the store.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, including loans and pawn.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
