As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their accounts and services
  • Assist customers with payment and billing questions
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments as needed
  • Document customer interactions with concise and detailed account notes
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
  • Must be available to work evenings and weekends and potentially in a remote work environment
  • At least six months recent call center experience required
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Able to multi-task while providing accurate, efficient and exceptional service
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor
  • Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Experience with CRM required (Salesforce preferred)
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
