Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including merchandise recovery and maintenance, and ensure that all areas of the store are well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Checkout Experience: Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit transactions, and providing a fast and friendly checkout experience for customers.
  • Omni-Channel Support: Assist customers with online orders, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS), and provide support for customers shopping across multiple channels.
  • Merchandise Duties: Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes, and maintain store recovery standards to deliver our Brand Promises.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals, maintain a positive store environment, and support the overall success of the store.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to remain standing for long periods of time, move throughout the store, and lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and team members in a positive and respectful manner.
