Job Title: Registered Nurse - Burn Trauma Surgical ICU

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Burn Trauma Surgical ICU. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Job Summary:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Burn Trauma Surgical ICU
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
  • 2 years med/surge experience required
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged
