About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Burn/Trauma Surgical ICU team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Burn/Trauma Surgical ICU
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
  • Current registration in Massachusetts
  • 2 years of med/surge experience required
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged
