Job Title: Burn Trauma Surgical ICU Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Burn/Trauma Surgical ICU. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

Job Summary:

The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing care for patients on the Burn/Trauma Surgical ICU. This includes working collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide care for patients on the Burn/Trauma Surgical ICU
  • Work collaboratively to provide excellent care to patients and families in the safest environment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
  • Able to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
