Job Title: Burn Trauma Surgical Nurse

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Burn Trauma Surgical Nurse to join our team in Chelsea, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide exceptional care to patients with burn and trauma injuries. As a Burn Trauma Surgical Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and promote a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with burn and trauma injuries
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest evidence-based practices
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
  • Current surgical trauma experience preferred
  • Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged
