Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide exceptional care to patients with burn injuries. As a Burn Trauma Surgical Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and promote a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with burn injuries, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in burn care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
- Current surgical trauma experience preferred.
- Membership in professional organizations is recommended and certification in a specialty area is encouraged.
