Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to provide exceptional care to patients with burn and trauma injuries. As a Burn Trauma Surgical Nurse, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and promote a safe and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients with burn and trauma injuries
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts
- Current surgical trauma experience preferred
- Ability to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract
