Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Quality Program Manager for the Trauma and Burn Program. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address clinical care gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Design and manage projects to improve patient flow, reduce length of stay, and enhance patient satisfaction
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and benchmarks to measure program performance
- Provide education and training to staff on quality improvement methodologies and best practices
- Participate in performance improvement and patient safety activities, including data collection, analysis, and trending
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Master's degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in emergency room and ICU nursing required
- Database management and analysis experience preferred
- Experience in healthcare and patient safety quality measurement, reporting, and improvement
- Previous leadership or project management experience, including statistical concepts and applications preferred
