The Document Production Workflow Coordinator plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients by providing timely and accurate document production of an intermediate to advanced level. This position requires advanced technical expertise in document assessment, correction, and formatting, as well as proficiency in software applications used for document production.

As a key member of the team, the Document Production Workflow Coordinator may be responsible for training and developing team members, as well as coordinating workflow within a shift or site. This role demands a high level of organization, prioritization, and communication skills to ensure seamless project execution and meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Intake and clarification of work requests from clients, including negotiation of deadlines and alternate solutions as needed
  • Prioritization and coordination of multiple projects across the team, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Creation and editing of documents, mail merges, charts, graphs, and tables using advanced software applications
  • Scanning and cleaning of documents using scanner equipment and software
  • Conversion and cleaning of documents from other software applications
  • Evaluation of personnel performance and development of individual and team skills
  • Delivery of on-going training to new and existing team members
