Job Title: Legal Document Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Document Specialist to join our team at Metasys Technologies, Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our document services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate high-volume duplicating equipment and perform associated copying tasks
  • Ship and receive products and supplies, sort and distribute mail and faxes, and apply necessary postage
  • Provide copier maintenance and repair services for customer site equipment
  • Perform bindery, quality control, and final check tasks
  • Assist with meeting room and conference room setup and teardown
  • Perform light maintenance and re-lamping duties as assigned
  • Use various equipment, including shrink-wrap machines, paper cutters, and bindery equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service and interact with executive-level end users
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED and 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal industry is highly desired
  • Ability to provide an excellent customer experience and utilize strong customer service and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of copier and other related equipment and repair is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly to complete projects
  • Ability to read and comprehend written technical information
  • Excellent customer relations skills and excellent verbal communication skills
