Job Description

Our esteemed client, a leading real estate and architecture firm, is seeking a skilled Document Production Specialist to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and reviewing various documents, ensuring compliance with company standards and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document Preparation: Process specifications, reports, and other non-drawing related documentation, such as Master Proposals.
  • Document Creation and Editing: Prepare, create, and edit company documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Quality Control: Review documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
  • Proofreading and Editing: Proofread records or forms, ensuring error-free documents.
  • Document Conversion: Convert documents to electronic format, streamlining the document management process.
  • File Management: Establish, maintain, and update files, records, and other documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, such as event tracking and social media log updates, PR and conference panels.

Required Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Word Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Word is essential for this role.
  • Document Formatting Experience: Experience in document formatting is a plus.
  • Experience and Skills: 2-3 years of experience preferred, with strong proofreading and editing skills.
