Business Operations Coordinator

Infinium, a pioneering electrofuels provider, is dedicated to decarbonizing the world. Our innovative synthetic fuels are produced using renewable power and waste carbon dioxide, offering a cleaner alternative to traditional fossil-based fuels. By integrating Infinium electrofuels into existing transportation systems, we significantly reduce harmful carbon dioxide emissions.
Position OverviewInfinium Operations is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Office Administrator to support all aspects of our business, reporting directly to the C-suite. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver, capable of handling diverse tasks and serving as a valuable asset to executive management.
Key Responsibilities- Executive Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for our leadership team, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing impactful reports and presentations.
- Administrative Duties: Handle general administrative tasks, including mail sorting, document filing, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Event Coordination: Organize office lunches and activities to foster a positive work environment.
- Departmental Support: Provide varying levels of support to assigned departments and staff as needed.
- Experience in office coordination or similar roles.
- Proficiency in MS Word processing.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook Scheduling Assistant.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with virtual platforms such as Zoom, DocuSign, Slack, and Teams.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical systems and procedures.
- Detail-oriented and organized nature.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least two years of related experience required in a similar environment.
The annual salary for the Office Administrator position is expected to be between $70,000 and $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
