Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Coordinator to join our team at SDI Inc. As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our storeroom and delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including tracking and reporting on inventory movements and discrepancies.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure timely delivery of parts to client sites and facilitate communication with the Accounts Payable team.
  • Production Planning: Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands, including managing reports and tracking daily, weekly, and monthly work.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Identify and analyze the root cause of errors and discrepancies in inventory management and production planning.
  • Corrective Action Planning: Develop and implement corrective action plans to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure delivery expectations are met and issues are resolved.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma required; supervisory and project management experience highly preferred.
  • Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and familiarity with warehouse ERP software; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in an industrial environment.
  • Experience: Past experience working in a maintenance or repair environment; outstanding customer service skills.
